"Prices could’ve been clearer"
I thought I knew what I was paying, but at checkout a few extra costs showed up that I hadn’t noticed before. Kinda frustrating becuase it made the total higher than I expected...

"I ordered these glasses using my current..."
I ordered these glasses using my current prescription, the same one I’ve used with no issues other places. As soon as I put them on, something felt “off”, everything looked blurry and a little distorted, like the lenses just weren’t made correctly.
I tried giving them a few days to see if my eyes would adjust, but I ended up getting headaches instead. Customer service wasn’t much help, so it felt like a “waste of money” for me.

Customer service did help me out when I had a question about my order, and once someone actually got back to me, they explained things clearly. I appreciated that they didn’t make me feel silly for asking, because I just wanted to know what was going on.

The downside was how long it took to hear back. It wasn’t awful, but while I was waiting it kind of felt like I was just a ticket number sitting in a queue instead of an actual customer. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not as quick or personal as I hoped.

"Frames fit right, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered from eyeglasses.com because I was mainly worried about the sizing. My face is narrow, so I measured my old pair and tried to match the numbers as closely as I could. The size info on the site was clear enough, which definitely helped.

The frames showed up and they actually fit really well — no slipping down my nose or squeezing at the sides. I’m happy with the glasses overall, but I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response. Still, the fit turned out just like the measurements said.

"Still Holding Up Well"
I’ve had these lenses for a few months now and they still look surprisingly good. I’m rough with them and have a bad habit of tossing them in my bag without thinking, so I half expected them to get scratched up fast. Makes me wonder if some people complaining about scratches are maybe leaving out how they actually treat theirs, but in my case, no scratches yet.

I was fully prepared for the usual delivery suspense, but thankfully this one didn’t turn into a full-blown crisis. The glasses showed up around when expected, maybe a day later than I hoped, but nothing dramatic enough to ruin my week. Tracking was decent, and everything arrived in good shape, so overall I’d say it was reliable.

"Solid Frames That Grew on Me"
I put these frames on right after they arrived and my first thought was, okay, these actually feel really solid. They don’t have that flimsy, cheap feel at all, and the hinges open and close smoothly, which was a nice surprise. I did notice they fit a little tighter than I expected, so it took me a bit to get used to them. But after wearing them around for a while, I’m happy with the quality overall.

I’ll be honest, I felt a little misled at first because I wasn’t totally sure what the warranty actually covered. I was expecting a frustrating back-and-forth, but the support team ended up making it easy. They helped me with the issue on my glasses and got everything sorted quicker than I thought. "Lenses scratched way too quickly"
The frames are fine and still feel okay, but the lenses got scratched up and blurry after about two weeks, which was disappointing. I remember noticing it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, of all things, because I suddenly couldn’t read the label clearly anymore.

I’ve used eyeglasses.com before and wanted to stick with them because I like the convenience and I’ve had decent experiences in the past. But this time, I had a hard time finding frames I actually liked. A lot of the styles felt a little dated or just not really my taste, and the few I did like didn’t have many size options. The ordering process itself was fine, so I’m kind of torn, but the selection was disappointing.

I ordered my glasses from eyeglasses.com and I’m happy with them 🙂 The prices were definitely better than what I found at my local shop, and the frames feel solid enough for the cost. "Swapped my frames without any hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size frames, which was my own fault because I was half-looking at the measurements while making coffee. I had to do an exchange and expected it to be a whole thing, but it was actually really easy. The support person got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out without any drama. The new pair showed up in good shape, fit way better, and now I’m glad I didn’t just try to make the first ones work. Much easier than I expected
